First of all, this isn't a fast weight loss program. You do not need a lot of fat burners for this to operate. In fact, you can do this every evening while watching your preferred TV shows, but still lose 80 pounds each year!
This weight reduction product is so simple that i am convinced if you don't do that, then you really do not wish to slim down. Using this weight loss program, you're quitting next to nothing. If this isn't the best weight loss diet you've ever seen, I will be very surprised.
This isn't an accumulation of quick weight loss tips, or me telling you just how much fun fasting to lose weight is.
I'm not taking credit for inventing this system. I first learned of it from Craig Harper, a very smart guy over at Lifehack.org. Its beauty is really in the simplicity. There aren't any herbal weight loss pills you have to take, and absolutely nothing you need to buy.
First of all, think about calories, and consider your bodyweight. Multiply your bodyweight times ten, and that's how many calories you have to consume every day to maintain your present bodyweight.
Now, subtract 20 percent from time. Here's your new daily calorie intake. So, in case your bodyweight is 200, rather than consuming 2000 calories a day, you'll now consume only 1800. Not really a big jump. Actually, it is extremely doable for most people.
You need to eat 1 / 2 of those calories in the morning. That's 900 calories! Your mid-morning meal would contain 300 calories, after which 3 more meals of 200 calories each.
Doesn't this beat the heck out of fasting for weight loss? And it completely eliminates that hungry feeling you get from most commercial weight loss systems.
Now let's look at what you're doing.
Research has revealed that the big breakfast helps with fat-burning. Since you are eating every 3 hours approximately, you're never getting hungry, so that deprived feeling that many people feel from dieting isn't there. And today for the exercise part of our program.
Watch 3 hours of TV every evening. I mean it. But, possess a stepper close by. You realize, the type they will use in step aerobics. Whenever a commercial comes on, mute the television, jump on the stepper and step like crazy for any full 3 minutes, or until your show returns on.
Listed here are the numbers: For each hour of TV, about 15 minutes of commercials are shown. Which means you will work out 45 minutes each night, without missing your favorite shows.
On average, a 200 pound person stepping on a 12-inch box for Forty-five minutes will burn just over 700 calories each day! Combine that with your now lowered caloric intake and you are losing over 80 pounds in a year.
I ask you again: Is that this not the best weight loss system you've ever seen? It's cheap, relatively easy, and it is extremely doable.
